1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All manuals, accessories, and packaging materials are included.
  • The product is not a final-sale, clearance, or special-order item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that show signs of damage, tampering, or improper use.
  • Installed or mounted TVs, unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your TV or product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ultravisiontvs.store with photos or video of the issue.
  • We will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund after verifying the problem.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Return Shipping

  • For customer-initiated returns (non-defective items), shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to be processed as a return.
